The furniture designs can be altered for better storage,they also need to be serviced from time to time for optimal maintenance.

Decent but pricy
The hotel staff is very friendly. The room was big and comfortable. We did not include breakfast in our booking, but we ended up having breakfast at the hotel anyways, and they did not charge for the children. The hotel arranged a complimentary cake as it was our wedding anniversary. The location is great, there is 2 malls close by - 5 and 10 mins away.
The pool was a total disappointment. First, it's only 3.5ft deep, but the water was less than that. My 6-year-old was walking around in the main pool unaccompanied. Secondly, there were no lounge chairs (just some metal wire chairs), tables, or umbrellas, so you could go to the pool only after 4 pm due to the sun. Finally, there was zero service at the pool; the towels we had left the previous day were still lying on the chairs. No one had picked it up, so one can only assume the efficiency of the cleaning staff. The pool pic here and on their website is pre-covid and misleading. You should either take it down or put up new pics. Also, the pool tiles are falling apart and need proper cleaning. Even though the hotel had signs stating they kept it clean and hygienic, both our rooms had huge stains on the carpet. A little carpet cleaner and some muscle would have been enough to remove the stains, but again the quality of the cleaning crew is lacking. While the food at breakfast was decent, the spread was limited and definitely not worth the price. Overall I feel I paid too much for the stay
